Our commitment
We’re always striving to improve, with ambitious goals to ensure fairness, respect, and engagement across TOMRA. Attracting diverse talent: Every year, we aim for balanced representation, with 50% women and men joining our team. Senior leadership diversity: We are working to exceed 30% female representation in senior management, ensuring diversity at all levels of leadership.
Our global workforce
At TOMRA, we take pride in our team of over 5000 members from more than 100 countries. Our rich diversity is a cornerstone of our culture, and our Global DE&I Hub exemplifies this commitment. Embracing diversity not only enriches our team but also drives our success and growth, making TOMRA a dynamic and inclusive workplace
Employee Resource Groups
Our leadership sponsors three Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to amplify underrepresented voices:
LGBTQ+ ERG
Founded in 2022, this group spans 8 countries and 4 continents, providing a safe, inclusive space and serving as a liaison to our leadership.
Women’s ERG
With 210 members globally, this group connects and empowers women across TOMRA, fostering mentorship and advancing female leadership.
Roots ERG
Celebrating cultural diversity, this group raises intercultural awareness, helping create a more connected and inclusive TOMRA community.
Our inclusive culture
We believe everyone should feel empowered to thrive, regardless of background, identity, or ability. Our Inclusive Individual Development Program (INCLUDE) supports underrepresented groups by addressing unique challenges such as the “glass ceiling.” INCLUDE builds confidence, enhances self-awareness, and develops a supportive community. It offers learning cohorts for employees and leaders, ensuring optimal outcomes. This program specifically supports people of color, individuals with disabilities, the LGBTQ+ community, and women, preparing diverse talent for future leadership roles and fostering a culture of inclusion.
We’re united by a shared purpose
Leadership and growth
Our commitment to DEI starts at the top. Women now hold 29% of executive positions, and we’re on track to reach at least 30% female representation in senior leadership roles by 2030.
Breaking barriers
We’re dedicated to removing barriers for underrepresented employees through equitable programs, training, and growth opportunities. At TOMRA, everyone has a clear pathway to advance and succeed.
