We aim to publish new positions on a yearly basis. The types of roles will depend on the business needs. Feel free to refer to the list of available positions for further details.

What do you look for in a graduate candidate at TOMRA?

At TOMRA, we seek graduate candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong learning agility, and a drive for leadership. We value innovative thinkers with problem – solving and analytical skills, and we actively seek candidates who bring diverse perspectives and a global mindset.

How many graduates are you hiring each year?

This varies annually based on our business requirements.

Am I guaranteed a permanent position at TOMRA after the two-year program?

During the two-year program, you will be assessed and only successful candidates will be offered target position. We will however, provide a suitable position in Tomra for all LEAP participants after the 2 year program.

How can I track the status of my application?

When applying for a position at TOMRA you will immediately receive an email confirming that we have received your application. All candidates will be informed of the outcome of the recruitment process.
