About this block
The CustomerTestimonialCard is a reference block that points to an existing TestimonialPage and renders it as a compact testimonial card — pulling the quote, quote owner name, company and image from the referenced page. It is used to embed customer testimonials inline within a page without duplicating content.
Typical placement
- Product pages — to show a relevant customer quote alongside product features
- Solution pages — to provide social proof for a business area
- Campaign pages — to humanise the brand narrative with a real customer voice
How it works
Set TargetItem to the ContentReference of the TestimonialPage you want to feature. The block automatically pulls the SummaryQuote, QuoteOwnerName, QuoteOwnerCompany and MainImage from the referenced page. If the testimonial page is updated, all card instances update automatically.
vs QuoteBlock
Use CustomerTestimonialCard when you have a published TestimonialPage and want to reference it. Use QuoteBlock when you want to add a one-off quote without a dedicated testimonial page.
