TabbedInformationListBlock

The TabbedInformationListBlock organises parallel content into named tabs. Two examples: TOMRA’s three business areas and DRS material types.

About this block

The TabbedInformationListBlock organises content into a set of named tabs. Each tab is a TabBlock with its own heading, introductory text, image and optional link. Only one tab panel is visible at a time — clicking a tab label switches the content without a page reload. Use it when you have 3–5 parallel content areas that would be too long to show sequentially.

Tips

  • Keep tab names short — 1–2 words. They must fit on the tab button without wrapping.
  • 3–5 tabs is the sweet spot. More than 5 becomes hard to navigate on mobile.
  • Always set an image per tab — the visual variety is what makes the tabbed format worthwhile.
